Until recently, Romans stood beside the Phantom Republic, lending strength to their war effort against the Teutons. But after careful deliberation, we decided on a different path, one where our fate is forged by our own hands, not those of another army.
Our cause is clear. The leadership guiding the Teutons represents the very worst elements of CPA, the bottom feeders who have long dragged the community down. This post will lay out the proof of that reality and the reasons why their rule cannot go unanswered.
From this moment forward, Romans marches to war under its own banner. We hereby declare war upon the Teutons and begin a new chapter in this conflict: the War of Teutonic Reckoning.
Let it be known that this is no longer a struggle fought from the sidelines. The reckoning has begun. ⚔️
Justin
Justin has already shown the kind of conduct that defines those aligned with the Teutons. He defaced two servers, SWAT and Void Troops, undermining communities he was trusted to be part of.
After defacing Void Troops, Justin went even further. In a desperate attempt to secure a rank with the Templars, he attempted to surrender the entire Void Troops nation to them before he could be removed from power. Fortunately, the CPA admins had the sense to invalidate this.
And beyond his actions against these communities, Justin is also a motherfucking racist, conduct that further reflects the character of those now standing with the Teutons.
Tom
I was introduced to Tom, aka Venom, after he proposed an alliance between Romans and his illegitimate revival of the Underground Mafias Army back in 2025. To start things off, he sent us an image he had created himself:
Notice the Nazi symbolism in the background? And talk of a supposed common enemy on top of it? It’s obvious what that’s implying. Yikes dude. Of course, as soon as we saw this, we immediately lost interest in an alliance.
And Tom’s racism continues to this day.
We also cannot forget about Tom’s doxxing history, doxxing Dillon and his family members in May 2025, as well as many other people.
Villa, Scars, and Alucard
These are the very individuals responsible for the downfall of the People’s Imperial Confederation. During their time at the helm of PIC, this trio secretly maintained group chats with fellow members in which they were exposed for spewing many vile and reprehensible remarks. Below are screenshots capturing the moment they were confronted by PIC’s guardians, Sidie9 and Shallissa, who were compelled to step in once the truth came to light.
Since then, they have only doubled down on their actions.
Scars even threatened to dox Shallissa for releasing the results of her investigations.
Villa and Scars also turned their hostility toward one of our leaders, Znation, subjecting him to relentless harassment and intimidation.
When confronted on this, Villa simply stated that it was “blown out of proportion”.
Alucard also defended the comments Villa and Scars made toward Znation.
And for Alucard, it only grows worse from here. He was ultimately exposed for catfishing, multilogging, and even threatening to deface the People’s Imperial Confederation.

Bscharbach
Needs no introduction. He has earned infamy as a doxxer, targeting members of the community (including Head Judge Spotty) while also being implicated in sexual misconduct. Beyond the chaos he has caused online, his reputation extends into the real world as well, marked by a criminal record and repeated stints in and out of jail.
Not to mention, he is a stunning role model for the youth of CPA. /s
And yet, he sits among the ranks of the Teutonic Council. That fact alone tells you everything you need to know about the kind of army the Teutons have chosen to become.
Closing Remarks
The actions of the individuals now leading the Teutons—doxxing, harassment, defacements, racism, and outright betrayal—paint a clear picture of the kind of leadership they represent. Time and again, they have shown that they are willing to tear down communities, target individuals, and excuse each other’s behavior rather than take responsibility for it.
People who repeatedly engage in conduct like this should not be welcomed within CPA, let alone placed in positions of authority. A community cannot thrive while those who undermine it through harassment, threats, and exploitation are allowed to operate without consequence. The presence of figures like these in the Teutons speaks volumes about the direction that army has chosen to take.
We will not stand by while the worst elements of this community gather power and attempt to reshape CPA in their image. There is no path forward except war, and Romans answers the call.
War Terms
- This is an off-map war between the 2 armies, meaning the war will conclude once one of the 2 armies reach a war score of 5.
- All battles must be held on CPAB.
- All battles must be scheduled 24 hours in advance with the CPA Judges.
- No army is allowed to merge into Romans or Teutons until the conclusion of the war, following this declaration.
- A withdrawal from this conflict for any reason and in any shape or form (e.g., withdrawing from the CPA league, ghosting three battles, etc.) will constitute a forfeit of the war.
- Multilogging, hacking, DDoSing, doxxing, botting, or any other means of cheating will not be allowed in this war.
