For Windows Users: Hold down the “Ctrl” key and then press “F” on your keyboard. This opens a Find window. Type in your Discord username (the one on the ranks). Click the “Next” button if necessary. It should highlight your name on the ranks. Then just check what rank you are listed under.

Army Supervisor

Military rank for returning owners. While not necessarily an active leadership role, the Consul is responsible for the overall organization of the army, and acts as the first line of support for the Legates. Only Pontiffs may retain this rank.

Army Commander

Legates are the highest ranked commanders in the army. Their role is to oversee the army as a whole, ensuring it is running smoothly and delegating to their subordinates appropriately. In battle, their role is to coordinate troop movements and to adjust strategy on the fly in the face of enemy action.

Tribune

Second in Command

The Tribunes are the second-highest ranked commanders in the Army. They’re assigned to a Legate, to both learn from and carry out tasks for. In battle, their role is to keep an eye on the enemy’s movements and initiate charges to counter formations/chants. Each Tribune is assigned a Prefect that they’re expected to oversee similarly.

Prefects are the third-highest ranked commanders in the Roman Army, and are recruited directly from the Centuriate. They’re expected to carry out managerial tasks at the behest of their assigned Tribune.

After being promoted from Junior Centurion, Senior Centurions are tasked with overseeing the Optiones and ensuring they are fit for promotion into the Centuriate, as well as continuing to assist with moderation and daily operations.

Junior Centurions are the lowest-ranked officers of the Army, being recruited directly from the most experienced Optio. Their role is to oversee the Tesserarii and assist with the day-to-day operations of the army, such as moderating the Discord server.
