Ave Romans! We had a couple of events over the weekend that I wasn’t able to get around to doing a write up on until now. We’ll get into them right after the break:
Firstly, this Saturday we hosted a simple training session. Due to scheduling conflicts, we had a low max for this event, topping out at seven with the help of visitors. No biggie!
Max: 7
The following day, we hosted our first Snow Wars event to great success (for a run down on Snow Wars, click here). A group of eight of us convened outside the mine, marched inside and started a snowball fight in front of the entrance to the Cave Mine. Randoms were quick to join us, though funnily enough they all turned purple and convinced most of our number to join them in an effort to stop the fighting.
I, and a couple others, disagreed, continuing the fight. We eventually moved from the Mines to the Snow Forts, and then over to the Stadium due to the fact the Snow Forts aren’t very maneuverable due to the party. We unfortunately didn’t get many pictures, as we were too busy having fun to take them, but the ones we did take you can find below.

All said, while our maxes may have been hit or miss this weekend, we succeeded in our primary goal: Having a good time with chill people. Thank you all who came out, Legionaries and visitors alike. We hope to see you all at our future events! ✌️
